Regardless of a name change, we have to setup a record keeping committee.
We can adapt the way the WRRA organises their record keeping by letting
national organisations do the verification of records.

Furthermore, I think it is necessary to ensure that our IHPVA website is
fully under our control. We have to talk to Brian Wilson about that.
